This was our first time dining here, and wow, what an incredible experience from start to finish. We've tried porterhouse steaks at so many different places over the years, but this one easily tops them all. The steak was absolute perfection, beautifully seared on the outside and tender and flavorful all the way through. You could taste the quality and care in every bite. The sides were just as impressive, the kind that make you pause between bites because everything on the plate works together so well. Our waitress Amanda truly made the night unforgettable. She was friendly, attentive, and had a genuine warmth that made us feel completely taken care of. She knew the menu inside and out and gave great recommendations without ever rushing us. Between the amazing food, the cozy atmosphere, and Amanda's outstanding service, this place has definitely earned a spot at the top of our list. We'll be back soon, and we'll be asking for Amanda every time.

The lobster Mac and cheese was very tasty. It was creamy and delicious with decadent lobster. My daughter was a big fan as well. Love it!

We had never been to SRS (aka XS), with I, as a former EA to Strader (circa 2020) booked many an event there. I took my hubby for dinner for his Birthday. We were impressed! The view and the food was sublime. Alyssa, our server, was amazing! << girl knows how to pace a meal and ask the right questions. As all,, behind the scenes, do. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT NIGHT ... there will be more :)

This was our first time eating here. I am overwhelmed completely at the service, hospitality, view, the food was phenomenal! I am not really a steak person but took my bf here for our anniversary. I can't stress enough how great the meal was. I had filet mignon best I have ever had, the taste was superb. BF enjoyed his Texas ribeye as well, wasn't able to eat it all had to take the remainder home.. our server Ricky was fantastic. Ricky gave us so many options, suggestions, specials that all sounded so good. Attentive to us - did a special plate-desert for our anniversary. By far this is the number one eating place I have ever been to!

I recently dined at Steiner Ranch Steakhouse and ordered the Porterhouse steak and it was nothing short of phenomenal. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and bursting with flavor, it was easily one of the best steaks I've ever had. The portion size was generous, and every bite showcased the quality and care put into the preparation. What really elevated the experience, though, was the service. Luke was my server, and he went absolutely above and beyond. He was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and made the entire evening feel special. His professionalism and warmth added so much to the meal. Between the incredible Porterhouse and Luke's outstanding service, this dinner was unforgettable. I'll definitely be back and will be asking for Luke again!
