Gulf Coast Shrimp
This was the best shrimp dish I have ever had. It was cooked and seasoned to perfection! I have already sent many of my friends and family out to try this dish, or anything else from Steiner Ranch because this place is a 10/10!
Blackened Salmon Florentine
Blackened Salmon Florentine is the best preparation of salmon in the world! The salmon is a generous 9 oz center cut done to perfection with a slight blackened crust on the outside. It is topped with a glorious sun-dried tomato spinach butter sauce that is exquisite. As if that's not enough, it's topped with 2 grilled jumbo shrimp. You will swoon eating this dish.

We ordered this dish from all of the reviews on here and it did not disappoint. Our waiter let us know what to expect in our steaks when we let him know how we liked it cooked. It was cooked to perfection for both dishes. I appreciated the stellar customer service and how thoroughly the waiters explain the menu. This wasnt just the waiter we had. I noticed all of the waiters across the restaurant were extremely attentive to the guests. Steiner ranch has a great atmosphere, steaks, and customer service. I cant think of anything better

Chicken Fried Lobster Tail
The chicken fried lobster tail was amazing! The bartenders Casey and Riza made excellent cocktails and gave excellent service!
"Cowboy" Ribeye

Prime Rib
We have attended a couple of the Bellamy Brothers shows and enjoyed the Prime Rib and Steak dinners at each. Their shows are great! The food is fabulous and we do plan to visit again soon. Great environment, service and food!
Steakhouse Caesar Salad
We ordered this salad and the oysters and both were amazing! The cesar anchovy dressing was delicious and the croutons had great texture. The oysters came with a variety of sauces and were so fresh. We had such a great experience having this dinner watching the sunset and listening to the piano.
Buffalo Quail Legs
This is the BEST quail I've ever had! So tender and the flavor is outstanding!
